Francis Hills has retired from commercial photography and is now working as a Key Account & Sales Development Manager @ ORBITVU USA.

Previously, Francis was a portrait photographer based in New York and shot a diverse range of subjects for commercial and editorial clients.

He became a photographer back in 2002 and was a digital evangelist for Hasselblad and traveled the world promoting professional digital photography before we had iPhones. He’d been on TV for shows like Sweden’s Next Top Model and photographed unbelievably cool people - both well-known and not so well-known.

He’d worked across the world for lots of publications and had what you’d call a “varied” career - from bouncing around in helicopters with the French Foreign Legion in Africa, to photographing 200 naked people for charity.

He still lives vicariously through performers.

Francis is a newly minted breast cancer survivor.
